Negative: Arrived to the address there were parked cars outside with lights on, slept in my car wouldn’t recommend

Overall perfect stay, good amenities within reaching distance of Colshaw hall wedding venue. Great facilities Positive: Modern and comfortable stay, perfect for what we needed. Wedding venue we visited for, 5mins drive away. Negative: Difficult to find, could have been made clear to enter though the gate at number 11. Had to ask at the house next door to be instructed.

Lovely, well designed,clean and modern apartment. Ideal for a couple, or working professional . Positive: Exactly as pictured, well presented, comfortable,modern well equipped. Nice touches like shower gel, washing up stuff, good selection of kitchen items although we didn't use them at this time ,nice size fridge freezer. Carport definitely a bonus in the heat!! Traffic was minimal, it was very peaceful.Bed, pillows and sofa very comfortable. Negative: By no means a complaint, or a dislike, but constructive feedback. It was a little difficult to find, a photo of the board from the road would have helped us finding it quicker, and some problems with emails from polka/booking .com were a bit protracted tedious,and possibly unnecessary. Instructions on how to use washer/cooker/shower would have been helpful within the property, along with maybe a corkscrew, and coat hangers, as iron and iron board were thoughtfully provided. A fan or air con unit might be an added bonus, as despite decent windows, it was very warm and luckily I had brought a small fan with me ( again not a criticism,just a suggestion 😃) The portal wasn't working,so I've no idea what info it contained, but info on expectations of what to do upon exit of the property regarding bins, bedding,towels etc would have been helpful, and a list of useful info like nearest hospital, chemist, taxi, takeaway that delivered there ...that sort of thing would of been of use to us. Perhaps a few printed instructions within the property might be useful to future visitors.
