Great festive family break Positive: Location = Great Apartment = Very spacious, clean, and modern. Negative: Very minor things that could improve, however, guest opinions may vary. Linen curtains could be replaced with black out curtains for night privacy. Specifically, bowls/crockery could be replaced with cereal bowls to hold milk! It would be useful to supply a dust pan and shovel, sweeping broom, mop and bucket. The main bathroom shower was a little tight/narrow for manoeuvre. Again, I wouldn't say I didn't like, moreover, suggestions for improvements.

Positive: This is an amazing place and so close to the south pier and trams. The staff were lovely and responded quickly. It was clean, comfortable, and has great space. Love this place. Negative: The only thing was no instructions on how to operate anything. Like the heating system. It is hidden behind a cupboard with no handle. But the communication with Luxe resolved this quickly. There was no tin opener, but again not a real issue.

Positive: Very nice and modern, great location, Negative: Keycode to enter building wasnt great to use.

Spacious Apartment, good location, Excellent service. Positive: Very spacious apartment, everything was nice and tidy, service was prompt whenever contacted and got quick responses. The location was ideal, and we would surely recommend it to everyone. Negative: The parking is very congested for the apartment with a very small alleyway with cars parked everywhere.
