Positive: This is an amazing place and so close to the south pier and trams. The staff were lovely and responded quickly. It was clean, comfortable, and has great space. Love this place. Negative: The only thing was no instructions on how to operate anything. Like the heating system. It is hidden behind a cupboard with no handle. But the communication with Luxe resolved this quickly. There was no tin opener, but again not a real issue.

Positive: Very nice and modern, great location, Negative: Keycode to enter building wasnt great to use.

Spacious Apartment, good location, Excellent service. Positive: Very spacious apartment, everything was nice and tidy, service was prompt whenever contacted and got quick responses. The location was ideal, and we would surely recommend it to everyone. Negative: The parking is very congested for the apartment with a very small alleyway with cars parked everywhere.

Fab large modern apartment in perfect location for families Positive: Fab property with lots of space. Having 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and dishwasher was an extra bonus for us travelling with small children. Seems freshly updated and very modern, especially for Blackpool. All very fresh and clean. Negative: It was a little unfinished in some area, no hanging rail in middle bedroom even though there is a clear area for this. Only one parking space is a shame too given the size of the property.
