Positive: The place was OK and located a few miles outside of Lytham.
Negative: The cleanliness. The place was very dirty including dog hairs, debris on the floor and filthy toilets. Brought this to the attention of the providers who just thanked me for bringing it to their attention.
Wouldn't stay again, the least you should expect is the place to have been cleaned prior to your arrival.
