Very dissapointed, freezing cold property, bare essentials only provided, terrible customer service Positive: It was clean and beds comfortable Negative: Had to chase entry code to get access after long cold wet hike, property was really cold and took a while to heat, no tea or coffee etc, which isn’t promised but you would normally expect, not enough cooking utensils pans etc I won’t go on as many other disappointments . Unfortunately we forgot electric cooler box ( not cheap one )and after many tries to recover been unable to retrieve and had no reply to last few communications, seems to be run by outsourced agency no personal service or customer care received Avoid this one

Positive: Nice cottage with all the amenities you need for short stays. Negative: The fire alarm in the hallway was beeping all night.

A very comfy, home from home staycation. We will definitely be back again. My 6 year old daughter said it was joyful. Th Positive: Very clean, fresh and modern but in a beautiful remote location, surrounded by countryside. Negative: Nothing
