nice area cottage was embarrassment to society Negative: was very very unclean with spiders and webs everywhere as well as dirty linen with hairy pillow(human hair)to top it off it had a broken toilet seat!!worst of all is they would not give any compensation!!!

A good base for getting around North Lakes. Positive: Enough space for two. Negative: It didn’t have a tea towel or bath mat. Would also benefit from instructions for heating and the oven.

Clean, comfortable, and good value accommodation, but clearer check-in instructions and better customer support would im Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The location was convenient for exploring the Lake District, and the facilities provided everything we needed for our stay. Overall, the accommodation itself met our expectations and we had an enjoyable stay. Negative: Finding the correct apartment was quite confusing, as there were several apartments at the same location and it was not clear which one we had booked. More detailed directions and check-in information would have been helpful. In addition, when I tried to contact the company using the phone number provided, I could only access automated options and voicemail. For urgent issues, it would be reassuring to have a direct contact number where someone can be reached.

Excellent. Great location, just off A66. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Positive: Great location for exploring the Lakes. Parking available and easy to get to property. Very peaceful and quiet especially at night. Negative: Everything was good. Will stay again.

Once booking.com sorted the issues out we had the stay was a pleasant one Positive: The Cottage was lovely The surrounding area was stunning. the cottage itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable Negative: One of the big selling points was the washing machine with being fell walkers and it being spring you do tend to gather some dirt to your hiking clothes, however the washing machine was broke from the last visitors staying there and not repaired be fore reletting. we also had an issue with marked bedding on arrival and a broken toilet seat that were quickly dealt with
