Positive: Great location in the middle of town (can be noisy at night as near to bars/restaurants). Large lounge and modern facilities/bathroom/kitchen. Negative: There were elements of the apartment that warrant attention and it feels a little unloved (hot taps in both bathrooms do not work, toilet chain falling off, kitchen surface not glued on properly). There is practically nothing offered in terms of guest gifts (wash tabs, cooking oil, dish cloth, etc), presumably to keep the prices as low as possible for guests.

Positive: Only location and cutlary was good Negative: Bedroom is conjusted.washroom doors were not closing properly.staff was not helpful no response to phone..not reachable on phone.

This is a dirty noisy apartment in a great location. It could be absolutely brilliant if it had any investment from the Positive: The location was central and it was spacious. Negative: It was dirty, the bed hadn’t been changed from the previous stay and was full of other people’s hair. We had to sleep clothed on top of the made bed. The standards of cleanliness were low and it was clearly not very well cleaned. The lounge area that is used for sleeping is uninhabitable at night due to the noise from the street outside and the adjacent slug and lettuce pub Bridge Street is one of the busiest nighttime streets in Chester and the noise is unacceptable if you are expecting people to sleep in the lounge room sofa beds. In the bedroom there’s an air-conditioning unit straight outside the window which goes on and off all night making an absolute racket and the noise cancellation between other apartments is next to non-existent.

Perfect location if your on a night out or shopping trip Positive: Great location and spacious Negative: The apartment was very hot and the use fans would of been just what it needed
