Great property in an ideal location Positive: Well laid out and spacious apartment, plenty of facilities to be able to cook and clean in the heart of Chester , Negative: Because it was quite a cold weekend , we needed to put the heating on and unfortunately, they are not the quickest

Great location. Not a 'luxury' apartment. Positive: Great location. Size of apartment good. Negative: Wifi non existent. TV didn't work because of no wifi. No heating on arrival. Apartment 8c on arrival. Night storage heaters took hours to warm up. Contacted operator. Told to buy data on my mobile. Views non existent apart from aircon and extraction vents. Smell of extraction in the mornings. Beds medium quality. 4 people stayed - ran out of hot water for the last shower! Does not match the advertised 'luxury'.

We would definitely come back, just not 100% on the apartment itself due to the shower and WiFi. Positive: Location itself was brilliant, comfortable as well and very homely. Negative: The shower in both (en-suite) and normal bathroom, one minute it was piping hot to the next stone cold, and the WiFi we couldn’t connect to, just wouldn’t work, other than that a really good stay.

Unfortunately, the accommodation provided was not what we booked or paid for. Positive: The location is very central and convenient for Chester Negative: We booked a two-bedroom penthouse, but on arrival were informed it had been double booked and was unavailable. We were moved to a one-bedroom apartment with sofa beds instead, which was a clear downgrade with reduced privacy and comfort. This caused stress from the start of the stay, especially as it was a special family weekend.

Excellent location near shops and bars Negative: No on site parking but parking near but cheaper a ten min walk away
