Highly recommend, hosts were constant with updates/communication, perfect location. Positive: Great central location, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Perfect location for going to the races. Very spacious apartment, which was perfect for the group size as we weren't on top of each other. Negative: Due to visiting around a heatwave, access to fans may have been beneficial, but apartments were big enough with large windows that we were able to get some airflow through.

Positive: Excellent location Negative: It was extremely hot in the apartment

Uncomfortable Positive: The apartment is clean and comfortable Negative: The heating system in one of the rooms and the living room is terrible. It didn't turn off after following all instructions to turn it off. It caused my son and me headaches, so we had to move to the other room and sleep on the floor because the double bed wasn't big enough for four of us. It was even more disappointing after I wrote to them about it, and they didn't see it as a problem. I was told that the heater is built that way, that it retains heat for a long time, and that it would turn off after a while. Tell me why it was still piping hot the next day after turning it off. Also, the hot water in the bathroom went cold after one person had a shower.

Great property in an ideal location Positive: Well laid out and spacious apartment, plenty of facilities to be able to cook and clean in the heart of Chester , Negative: Because it was quite a cold weekend , we needed to put the heating on and unfortunately, they are not the quickest

Great location. Not a 'luxury' apartment. Positive: Great location. Size of apartment good. Negative: Wifi non existent. TV didn't work because of no wifi. No heating on arrival. Apartment 8c on arrival. Night storage heaters took hours to warm up. Contacted operator. Told to buy data on my mobile. Views non existent apart from aircon and extraction vents. Smell of extraction in the mornings. Beds medium quality. 4 people stayed - ran out of hot water for the last shower! Does not match the advertised 'luxury'.
