Good size property needing some quick decorating. Road noise lets it down. Positive: Property size and facililties were good. Park up the road for the kids. Negative: Very brief as I cannot upload the full review. Main issue was the road noise which was a few feet from the property just behind patio fence. There is no view from the patio due to the 1.8m high fence. No view of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), ok a little bit of the lower slope from the front bedroom even when hanging out of the window as far as I could safely. Can be seen from the garden. Mouldy blown paintwork in the bathroom. The shower will be tricky to enter if you have slight mobility issues due to not having a curved side panel on the bath and the side at the narrow end of the L shaped bath is built out to the wider width of the shower end. Patchy painting living room. Exposed electric meter and cabling. Scrap cars next to the front garden without any divide. No interest from the company and owners when we told them the first evening we couldn't stay the 2nd night due to the noise. The call handler couldn't believe the traffic noise in the background it was so loud. All info on the company portal including WiFi code so take a note of it before you go. Watch out for the unmarked power switch for the hob which was hidden behind a coffee rack. Couldn't access the portal to find out there was a switch! Nice little village but not picturesque. Addition to review in Sept. Polkastays refutes the lack of interest shown. What was meant by that was there was no discussion to reach an agreeable refund for not staying the second night. The main issue was the road noise and other issues were touched on in a phone call.

Beautiful clean well equipped home Positive: We loved this property every thing was great. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. Negative: No dryer or outside line
