Positive: Ambiance Negative: There is no second bathroom , that was disappointing

Beautiful home, would stay again Positive: Spotlessly clean, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need, brilliant location for sight seeing in North Wales. Negative: Nothing much to not like but with two adults and four kids we could have done with another downstairs toilet, other than that no complaints!

Lovely spacious house. Everything you need is provided Positive: The location was good. The house had all the basics you need. Toiletries in the bathroom. Kitchen utensils and condiments. I brought kitchen towels and washing up liquid but it was all provided. It had an alexa in the house which we had to turn off as the daughter was enjoying it too much. The heating was easy to use and was lovely and warm. The beds was really comfy and bedroom was a good size. Was a bonus having a washing machine and cleaning products. Negative: So we were locked out for about 2 and half hours after getting back from a day trip. The door handle with the key code had broken. We had to sit in car with engine on as weather was about 4°. Took half an hour to get a reply from owners. We eventually got in but next day they come to fit another door handle as we got back from another day trip. I understand with modern technology it does malfunction now and again so I suppose it was one of those things. As my daughter has disabilities and epilepsy she found it hard getting up and downstairs as Xmas Dec's on the banister. It was fine on the landing but just made it hard for her with banister covered so come down sitting down. Sofa nearest the tele smelt of dog. I'd washed their blankets but the smell was still there. Other than that it was a really nice stay.
