Positive: The beds were comfy and location great for the event we attended at winter gardens Negative: No hot water all weekend and very damp in the rooms. Me, my husband and children had bad chests leaving

Perfect for a dancing weekend at Winter Gardens! Positive: Location was amazing as purpose for our visit was a dance competition at Winter Gardens. Its stones throw away so could pop back for a quiet cuppa between rounds. The apartment is huge! Loads of hanging space for dresses, modern clean kitchen area, huge newly refurbished bathroom and large bedrooms. Negative: The living room is very small compared to rest of property with only 1 two seater hard sofa. A small corner group sofa and coffee table would have been nice but we didn’t really spend much time in there. TV was huge with Netflix and amazing WiFi throughout apartment. Entrance and stairs area is a bit shabby but this did not affect our stay at all.

Positive: Nice clean and tidy good location , when required staff easy to contact and very helpful few issues part from that excellent definitely recommended Negative: Sign to where to go for entrance to small , outside court yard entrance bit of a tidy up , shower very poor just require new shower as to hot or cold , just replace bunk bed frame as bit worn out , fix the odd bits inside , replace tv remote in main resption but part from that very good

Positive: Large space beds were great.wifi brilliant. Negative: Lots of stairs,access is poor and very cluttered.

Positive: Location and beds Negative: Code was wrong, waited 30mins outside, no one picked up call, called back at 11.30pm to see if we were in yet. Constant no hot water, hairdryer which may seem small but we didn't pack as stated there was so had to buy but the hot water & pressure was not livable, the girls had to wash their hair in the kitchen sink!
