Wouldn’t stay again
Positive: The property was in a great location and the size of the apartment was great
Negative: The sofa was broken with nails hanging out
The water didn’t work for more than half of our stay. So we couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth
Some radiators didn’t work .
The walk way into the front in the property was a dumping ground for rubbish

Narrow stairs
Positive: Good location. Bed Rooms good.
Negative: Stairs are really narrow and prams cannot be taken up. Had a 2 &1 year old in group so was very hard with them on the steep narrow stairs and dog did not like them either. Shower pressure kept on going also. Tiny lounge area for 6 adults with CV children.

Atrocious
Positive: Location
Negative: No running Hot Water throughout the stay.
Electric heaters worked, however radiators throughout the property did not work.
Contacted the management company. No plumber was sent out like they said it would be.
Issue with the boiler

Positive: The beds were comfy and location great for the event we attended at winter gardens
Negative: No hot water all weekend and very damp in the rooms. Me, my husband and children had bad chests leaving
