Positive: Good location. Clearly, smart and comfortable
Negative: Management needs to be more proactive to ensure that facilities etc. are all functioning.
Neither tv worked, bed ceiling lights didn't work and hot tap in the bathroom produced just warm water. There were no scissors, kitchen roll or fruit bowl

Positive: Clean, modern, parking on site, well placed by the canal for walks into town.
Negative: Nothing

Positive: Walking, sightseeing and horse racing .
Negative: Can't say that I disliked anything xx
·Vanessa·June 2026
Positive: We did not receive the codes until late which did cause a bit of stress. There was accessed through the portal and we had a bad signal nearby. A text would have been really helpful.

Not enjoyable cos I always have to tell uber the directions of the place
Positive: Nice and cozy
Negative: Not showing up on the map and asking me to remove the bin bag when none is on site , shower not working properly, bed not comfortable, heater in the bedroom not working properly.
