York Suite at The Stables Chester by PolkaStays

Okay, but not great. Positive: No breakfast provided, but we didn't expect it Negative: The decor of the property was tired and could do with updating. But it's a great location and an easy walk to the city centre. Difficulties with the booking in procedure annoyed and frustrated us when we first arrived at the property. I didn't find the hosts especially helpful.

It was a good stay, but they need to fix some things. Positive: It was a nice and modern apartment, and in a great location and a comfortable bed. Negative: The tv in the bedroom wasn’t working properly, and I booked because it was advertised as having a hot tub but didn’t, also i paid for secure parking but the gate was stuck open the entire time.

Not enjoyable cos I always have to tell uber the directions of the place Positive: Nice and cozy Negative: Not showing up on the map and asking me to remove the bin bag when none is on site , shower not working properly, bed not comfortable, heater in the bedroom not working properly.

Positive: Lovely apartment, clean, and spacious. Easy check in and customer service has been good throughout. Walking distance to Chester City Centre. Nice garden area and a hot tub which i didn't use but i'm sure would have been available to use. Reserved parking made things easier also. Negative: Nothing i didn't like at all, however, it would have been useful to have a dishwasher and the water in the sink runs cold before filling the bowl. Also there was just one of each glass apart from the pint glasses and coffee mugs and one glass was chipped and a few very minor stains on the carpet that weren't that noticeable. I want to emphasize that none of this took away from the stay at all though and i would definately stay again and i would and will recommend to others.
