York Suite at The Stables Chester by PolkaStays

Not enjoyable cos I always have to tell uber the directions of the place Positive: Nice and cozy Negative: Not showing up on the map and asking me to remove the bin bag when none is on site , shower not working properly, bed not comfortable, heater in the bedroom not working properly.

Really enjoyed our stay very clean quiet relaxing break will definitely stay again Positive: Very nice property very quiet location

Positive: Lovely apartment, clean, and spacious. Easy check in and customer service has been good throughout. Walking distance to Chester City Centre. Nice garden area and a hot tub which i didn't use but i'm sure would have been available to use. Reserved parking made things easier also. Negative: Nothing i didn't like at all, however, it would have been useful to have a dishwasher and the water in the sink runs cold before filling the bowl. Also there was just one of each glass apart from the pint glasses and coffee mugs and one glass was chipped and a few very minor stains on the carpet that weren't that noticeable. I want to emphasize that none of this took away from the stay at all though and i would definately stay again and i would and will recommend to others.

Positive: Lovely apartment, fully equipped and parking. Good location. Nice to have the outside space too. Negative: Spring mattress was not my comfort

Beautiful apartment however basic touches missing and very poor shower Positive: Beautiful apartment. Easy instructions. Secure parking. Negative: Only 1 toilet roll provided for 4 night stay. Shower not powerful and unable to control temperature so child unable to use. No dish cloth etc to do dishes. Tv in bedroom did not work properly. Only 2 towels provided - could have more for an additional charge! Not things you expect for a property described as luxury.
