Positive: Great location next to canal iin Chester n secure gated area. Modern apartments which have been specially converted. Negative: Fridge and freezer not working and extractor fan not working. Smell of damp ( think due to extractor fan not working) and mould in shower. Just needs a bit of technical to bring back up to standard expected

Nice chilled weekend,would stay again . Positive: Property was in a prime location,lovely walk on the canal ,very quiet and secure . Everything you need for self catering is provided,there is nothing else we needed . Decor was really nice,property very clean (except for a issue I’ve described below) Negative: We didn’t like the mold on the bottom of the shower,seal needs replacing asap ,bedroom very hot but that is just the time of year we visited but a fan is provided. Toilet seat was very loose ,my partner who has just had a hip replacement could have had an accident,this should have been picked up when cleaning the apartment.I did not contact the property to rectify as it was quicker for me to fix myself so bathroom could be used .

Great bolt hole from which to explore delightful Chester. Positive: Great location, lovely short walk along the canal to the city centre. 2 minute walk from Waitrose. Quiet secure location. Negative: Nothing

It is a nice place but too expensive and the facilities provided are not exceptional. Positive: Nice environment and gated Parking spaces allocated to individual guest. The fridge is big and spacious. Negative: Fan placed in the room was not working Hot water coming from the tap in the kitchen comes out very very hot with no warning.
