Disappointed! Positive: The location was right in the centre of the town. It's a perfect location to sample the bars and restaurants, (although there aren't many of them). Hanley really isn't the best of locations, being pretty run down, but the apartment couldn't be more central. Step outside the door, and you're in the thick of it (in a good way). The apartment was quite clean. The owners have obviously spent a lot of money on these apartments, and once inside, they are good. They COULD be excellent, but for the things we didn't like below. Negative: The bed was unmade, and there was no bed linen. We had to get bed linen from another apartment. There was one (yes, one) hand towel. No shower towels or tea towels. There was NO wi-fi. Kitchen is very poorly equipped with utensils. Access hall is scruffy with dirty marks on walls, and not very inviting. The access door had been kicked in at some point, and patched up. Despite numerous calls and promises from the owners, none of the issues were addressed.

Positive: Local to all events needed , was immaculate , the most comfiest bed ever !

Positive: Fair description, very spacious and very well equipped.

The ultimate vacation spot Positive: The apartment was spacious, roomy, and clean. In addition, it was well located at the central station (Hanley), with easy access to various shopping malls, markets, and events centres.

My review Positive: The building did not look appealing from outside, but it was fantastic from the moment I stepped inside. I am not happy that I arrived after 7 and realized I had no email confirming the code for me to get into the building. I had to make 3 journeys in taxi in the dark a d almost 3 hours later before i got through. No one was responding to my emails or the contact number, which was on my on my booking email. It was only when I sent the last email asking if I would be refunded for the taxi that I used, that I received an email with the codes to get inside and a telephone call. Negative: I didn't like the lack of communication after my booking was paid for, and the deluxe bed requested was just about big enough for me. I was fine with this only because my friend could not make it. The apartment was clean and beautiful and smelt absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures.
