Positive: How close to winter gardens it was, how clean and spacious it is, fab place to stay we've stayed here for about 3-4 years running now. Negative: The shower isn't very powerful and sometimes can't manage to get it hot.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Been going to Blackpool for 45 years and by far the worst experience yet Positive: It’s a flat so no breakfast but plenty places around to eat in but location wasn’t great as it was so close to all the pubs etc so very noisy with all the hen and stag parties at night which was hard to sleep through with kids Negative: 1. Had to pay a £200 breakage deposit to get the entry code to access the property on arrival which you need to provide picture driving licence for which was a huge hassle via email after driving almost 4 hours 2.Water poured through bathroom ceiling when upstairs flat were using the shower and nobody answers the customer number for this emergency, they email you back hours later and still nothing gets done and nobody comes to assist . 3. There were 6 of us but only 2 could have a shower as the water goes ice cold very quickly 4. The very small alley way to the accommodation was constantly filled with men AND women urinating day and night which was very disturbing for my children as I had to carry them over it to avoid it getting on their shoes and caused my sister to leave with my niece and drive 200 miles home.

Don't ever stay here Positive: Absolutely nothing do not stay here ever. We had no running water for 2 days so couldn't wash or shower, make drinks or wash pots and even flush the toilet it was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable Negative: No running water and we were locked outside the apartment at 10.45pm at night for 45 minutes as the door keypad died. We finally got in after waking my 84 year old mother in law out of bed, we got into bed and at midnight the host rang us to see if we could let another family in who were locked outside they were supposed to fix the door within the hour but still wasn't fixed when we checked out at 10am
