Bay at Winter Gardens by PolkaStays

Positive: We had issues with the shower , we were advised plumber attended bay flat . Shower only became luke warm after that and it wasn't warm all the time. If I'm honest the shower remained cold most of the time. The power light on the shower did not work. Not sure if this was the reason of mostly freezing cold water . We were disappointed as this happened last year when we stayed in flat upstairs. It seems the issue has never been resolved up in the flat too, as colleagues staying there said there shower was cold too. Everything else was good no issues. Unfortunately because of the continued issues with the shower , I could not recommend the flat as 6 adults showering in cold water is not pleasant. Negative: Both likes and dislikes above.

Negative: It was extremely uncomfortable beds to the point of me having to sleep on the couch for my back not to hurt with springs constantly digging into my back. We was also in bed the next morning and was rudely interrupted by 3 people entering the property to come and do a survey with notification of a message through bookings.com that morning which is not acceptable to disturb someone when they have paid to stay at the property. I had to get out of bed and it made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable as we were not dressed. The reaction from who I believe was the owner of the property was "well we messaged you this morning" this would not be acceptable in a hotel. The shower was also dangerous to the point of it burning you or being exceptionally cold this is not an exaggeration I would worry for a child being in that shower or an elderly person.

Positive: Чисто, уютно. Negative: Проблемы с водой. Льется либо холодная , либо горячая. Отрегулировать не получалось.

Positive: The shower either being stone cold or boiling hot was our only issue. The stairs upto the apartment are quite steep too. Negative: Shower

Positive: 位置很好，紧邻Winter Garden。房间也很大，床铺也不错。 Negative: 热水器似乎有点小问题，可能有待维修
